We can discuss claims and vision benefits for patients with the following major insurers. Direct electronic submission is available only where the insurer, provider type and plan support it.
Other participating plans may also be supported. Great-West Life group benefits are now under the Canada Life brand. Presence on this page does not guarantee coverage, direct billing, reimbursement to the clinic or any particular benefit amount.

Do you direct bill all the insurers shown?
Not necessarily. We can process eligible direct-billing claims through supported routes, but availability depends on your plan and the service. Co-operators and some other plans may require a detailed receipt for member submission.
Can I use benefits toward lens replacement?
Many vision plans have benefits for prescription lenses, but the allowable amount and frequency vary. We can discuss what information is needed before you order.
Does direct billing mean I pay nothing?
No. Your plan may cover only a portion of the cost, and you remain responsible for anything not covered.
Can you tell me what my plan covers?
We can help review an available direct-billing response or documentation you have, but only your insurer can confirm the terms of your policy.
